It is a clear fat-free liquid inside young green coconuts. This low in calories and naturally rich in minerals (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus) vitamins C + A and electrolytes drink found lots of fans in all around the world. It's kosher, gluten-free and there is not sugar added. Vita Coco has been flash pasterurizated which means it was heated for approx. 5 seconds, in order to kill any potential bacteria but it was shortly enough to save all the nutrients and deliciousness.
